LaserStar Technologies' Technical Support team is dedicated first and foremost to providing best in class customer support and service to meet the needs of our clients. This will be achieved by continuous communication and transparency both internally and externally between management, employees, customers and potential customers, as well as ongoing improvement of processes, training, systems, and technology.

Highly-trained LaserStar technicians are available by phone, email or in person and can assist you in troubleshooting, repairing and/or maintaining your LaserStar laser system.
If you haven’t already, please be sure to register on the Owners Section of our website. This will give you access to operation and service manuals, marketing materials, and other items to help make ownership of your LaserStar system a better experience. Click here now to register.

For your convenience, we have also created a Maintenance Video section on LaserStarTV. LaserStarTV is LaserStar Video Headquarters. The Maintenance Section was created to better serve our customers and contains convenient do-it-yourself videos to help you in performing general maintenance on your laser machine.
